Nakawa Chief Magistrate Elias Kakooza has issued an arrest warrant against Molly Katanga to answer charges of murder.
The 53-year-old Molly is charged with the murder of her husband Henry Katanga on November 2, 2023, at their residence at Mbuya Chwa II Road in Nakawa division, Kampala.
Prosecution alleges that with malice aforethought, Molly caused the death of Katanga.
Molly remains hospitalised at the International Hospital in Kampala (IHK) where she was admitted on November 2, 2023, after the incident.
Katanga, a renowned city moneylender, allegedly succumbed to a gunshot wound he sustained on the left side of his head after a verbal exchange with Molly.
