'Court has not authorized Sheikh Ssemambo to act as Mufti' — Judiciary

The clarification comes in the wake of Uganda Muslim Supreme Council (UMSC) on Tuesday swearing in Ssemambo, the Deputy Mufti of Uganda, as acting Mufti to replace embattled Sheikh Shaban Ramadan Mubajje.
