Court halts sh15.7b UTL contributions to NSSF

The appellate court said the telecommunications company instituted an application for judicial review yet it challenged NSSF’s decision to collect statutory contributions from certain employees. 

The Court of Appeal has halted the refund of sh15.7b contributions that Uganda Telecom Limited (UTL) staff made to National Social Security Fund (NSSF).
