CNOOC Uganda secures licence to build gas processing facility

Ruth Nankabirwa, the Minister for Energy and Mineral Development, handed over the licence to Ma Peixin, the vice president of CNOOC Uganda Ltd, on Tuesday, January 23. The function took place at the minister’s boardroom in Amber House, Kampala.
