Chief Magistrate, State Attorney to face trial over corruption
Sylvia Nvanungi is facing charges at the Anti-Corruption Court in Nakasero, alongside Jackline Bako, a state attorney from the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP).
A person convicted under section 2 of the Anti-Corruption Act is liable to ten years in jail or a fine not exceeding sh4.8m or both.
