Chief Justice Owiny-Dollo vows to defend Judiciary's independence
Owiny-Dollo noted that the Government is composed of three arms—The Judiciary, Executive and Legislature—that should relate to one another without each losing its independence in its operations.
Chief Justice Alfonse Owiny-Dollo has said he will continue to relate with other arms of Government while at the same time jealously defending the independence of the Judiciary.
