CDF Muhoozi orders arrest of three senior army officers after billions of shillings fraud

New Vision has learnt that the arrested officers allegedly siphoned off billions of shillings in non-existent procurement deals and inflated prices on items that were delivered for aircraft maintenance.

New Vision has learnt that the CDF (Pictured) had also ordered the arrest of the UPDF-Air Force director of training, Col Michael Wambi, who is currently abroad undergoing training.
