The embattled Atuhairwe was suspended following allegations that he bullied his way into Bweranyangi Girls Senior Secondary School, in Bushenyi district, to deliver gifts to his lover, a Senior Three student.

The Office of the President has posted Emmy Ngabirano to Bushenyi district to replace suspended under-fire Resident District Commissioner (RDC), Robert Atuhairwe. Ngabirano has been Masindi
