Bukedi diocese synod approves creation of two new dioceses
During the fourth sitting of the 14th synod held on Thursday at St Peter's Cathedral, Bishop Samuel George Bogere Egessa presented the request for diocesan status to create Greater Samia Bugwe (South Bukedi Zone) and North Bukedi Zone.
