Tears may still be flowing from your eyes, but God will soon wipe them off.

Psalm 69:3

I am worn out calling for help; my throat is parched. My eyes fail, looking for my God.

🧏‍♀️ David cried out until he was exhausted, with a parched throat and eyes swollen from weeping. Yet he still trusted God to save him. When devastated by death or tragedy, we need not collapse or despair because we can turn to God and ask Him to save and help us. The tears will still come, but we will not be crying in vain. For God will never forsake you!

🙏 PRAYER 🙏

Almighty God, the most compassionate. We pray that You touch each of us at our points of need. Do not let us drown in this sea of trouble, but lift and place us on the island of joy, peace and happiness amongst your chosen ones. Amen
