Matthew 26:48,50
[48]Now the betrayer had arranged a signal with them: “The one I kiss is the man; arrest him.” [50]Jesus replied, “Do what you came for, friend.” Then the men stepped forward, seized Jesus and arrested him.
š¤·āļø Look back and reflect on the times we have stepped forward and betrayed our friends, relatives, workmates, ourselves or God, in word, thought and deed. The same has been done to us several times, hence our trust should always be in God, not man, for He is the only one who can never betray or forsake us.

Almighty God, thank You for being a merciful Father. We have betrayed You so many times, but You have remained faithful. We pray that, by Your grace, Lord, may we remain faithful to You in word, thought and deed. May we do unto others as we would wish ourselves. Amen
