He has delivered us from such a deadly peril, and he will deliver us again. On him we have set our hope that he will continue to deliver us.

Almighty God, most powerful and gracious. We thank You for the challenges You have enabled us to overcome. We pray that You never forsake us at our hour of need, may we experience Your care, protection and goodness in this land of the living. Amen
