Break yourself free from the chains of non-forgiveness holding you back.

Ephesians 4:32

Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.

🧏‍♂️ Why do you feel so uneasy when you meet someone in particular? Why do you get that lump in the throat? Do you know that the person you hate may not know? But you have become so uncomfortable and bound in chains of unforgiveness. 🤷‍♂️ What is the starting point, forgive yourself and then pray for peace of mind and don't only forgive others, but release them and set that prisoner free, which prisoner is you.

Almighty God, thank You for forgiving us countless times. We pray that Your grace enables us to forgive. May all the chains of unforgiveness break free. Amen
