Besigye, Lutale to spend New Year's Day in prison

The development comes after a team of lawyers representing them led by Kampala Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago told the General Court Martial that they couldn’t proceed with the case because the lead counsel Martha Karua is still processing a temporary practicing.
