Audit reveals gaps in local govt projects

Conducted between November 2024 and March 2025, the independent review reveals lapses in transparency, financial planning and project sustainability, undermining the effectiveness of public investment in roads and rural infrastructure. 

The new Wandegeya market was part of the Markets and Agricultural Trade Improvement programme.
