Army court hands 30-year jail term to soldier for killing civilian

The Court presided over by Col. Gabriel Wamala heard that on February 14, 2022, the convict and a UPDF soldier shot dead a civilian identified as Emmanuel Kica.

Pte Ronald Odera, attached to the Bana-bana battalion in Lamwo district was convicted during a public military Court Martial session held at Madi Opei Town Council on Monday.
