Archbishop Beinomugisha ordains a priest, asks him to be exemplary

On Tuesday afternoon, a group of clergy braved the heavy downpour at Nyamitanga Cathedral in Mbarara city to conduct an ordination of a priest.
The ceremony was led by His Grace Lambert Beinomugisha, the Archbishop of Mbarara Archdiocese who ordained one deacon to the priesthood.
Fr. Denis Mukamatuhe, from Bihanga Parish in Buhweju had spent 10 years under Claretian Missionaries fathers where he has been receiving training in Tanzania until Tuesday when he was ordained a priest.

His Grace Beinomugisha asked the newly ordained Fr. Mukamatuha, to be a good example while performing his priesthood duties.
“Ensure that teamwork is maintained between you and other priests plus the Archbishop. God has chosen you to go and preach the word of God in the world and don’t fear because you have God’s guidance.” Archbishop Beinomugisha preached.
Fr. Mukamatuha, thanked Arch. Beinomugisha, for accepting to ordain him amidst challenges of Covid-19.
“I thank God for my parents who nurtured me to love the Catholic religion and the blessings they offered me to ensure that I finish my training,” said Fr. Mukamatuha.
