The new facilities, part of AMISOM’s Quick Impact Projects (QUIPs) were handed over on Saturday by the Head of AMISOM Civil Affairs Unit, Dr. Opiyo Ododa, and the Deputy Contingent Commander of Ugandan troops serving under AMISOM in Somalia.
