According to the ambassador, establishing good working relationships with the local leaders and residents will serve as the first form of protection for whatever projects they are undertaking.

BUSIA - Chinese investors and firms operating in Uganda have been encouraged to respect local Laws, regulations and culture to avoid jeopardising the good relationship between Uganda and
