Alupo leads Ugandan delegation to CHOGM Samoa 2024

Upon arrival at Faleolo International Airport on October 22, 2024, Alupo was received by Samoa finance minister  Lautimuia Uelese Va'ai and agriculture minister Laaulialemalietoa Leuatea.
