Alupo in Russia for Eurasian Women's Forum

During the opening ceremony, Alupo will lead a six-member delegation to the Africa-Russia Women's Dialogue and deliver a presentation on 'new trends in international cooperation.'

Upon arrival at Pulkovo International Airport, Alupo was received by a delegation comprising Uganda's Deputy Head of Mission in Russia, Mwebaze Gideon Rutazindwa, Uganda's Defence Attaché Brig.
