According to SHACU, the accused allegedly forged academic documents, including Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) and Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) certificates from the Uganda National Examinations Board, as well as a diploma and bachelor's transcripts from Makerere University Business School and Kyambogo University.
