Absenteeism taking toll on KCCA operations — Kisaka

The call for teamwork by Kisaka was made when officers at division levels complained about how they are looked down upon when they visit city headquarters.

Kisaka said the city will suffer if the entity does not resolve the differences, yet employees were paid on different levels: “We have a task to perform, we have a message to deliver, we have a product to deliver and we don’t have much time. Every day we must work like it is the last day of our work".
