A generation forgotten: Kibale families trapped in compensation drought

John Rutandekyire, representing approximately 3,700 evictees, expressed frustration, saying: “We have waited since 1993 for compensation. In the case we filed against the Attorney General, the court ruled in our favour regarding damages to our property in Mpokya.”
