75-year-old man whipped for undressing before daughter-in-law

Samuel Odoi, commonly known as “Tan Saba,” was given 12 strokes of the cane and fined sh100,000 by the clan elders’ council of the Ikaruwok Luka’pua clan after he was found guilty of undressing before his daughter-in-law and using obscene language. 

Witnesses told the elders’ council that on one occasion, Odoi stripped naked and exposed himself to a daughter-in-law.
