2021 Masaka murders: DPP opposes bail for MPs' co-accused
While Mugera presented in court a medical report from the prison's health facility which indicates that he is suffering from hypertension as an exceptional circumstance for his release on bail, Birivumbuka said there is no proof that his illness cannot be managed in prison.
