Government pledges to empower women groups in Buganda Kingdom
The pledge was made by the permanet secretary of the Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development. Aggrey Kibinge while addressing the 10th Buganda Women’s Convention at Mengo Palace on May 15, 2024.

The government has pledged to partner with Buganda Kingdom to empower women for sustainable development through its gender-based programmes.
The pledge was made by the
