KAMPALA - Members of Parliament under the umbrella of the Parliamentary Forum on Malaria say they want government to ring-fence 10% of the Health Budget for malaria fight, saying malaria remains one of the leading causes of death in Uganda.
They made the call during a joint press conference held at Parliament by the Civil Society Organizations fighting against malaria together with MPs.
