Health experts want mental health services brought closer to public
Dr Hafsa Lukwata, the acting assistant commissioner for mental health and control of substance abuse at the ministry of health said according to reports from Butabika hospital and different regional referral hospitals there is an increase in the number of patients with mental health problems.
