Court rescinds adoption of 4-year-old for excluding petitioner’s wife

Justice Nagawa said rescinding the adoption order is entirely to secure the best interests of the child to have both Oule and his wife adoptive parents of the child instead of one of them moreover living in the same household.

Uganda’s Family Division of the High Court in Kampala has rescinded an adoption order for a four-year-old child that had been solely granted to Calvin Oule excluding his wife.
