Most of Vampino's old music comes with signature dances, which they grooved to. That was something of a marvel.  For his newer songs, many in the audience just stood and watched

Dancehall musician Vampino impressed revellers at the Guinness Bright House on Saturday, May 6, at Nile Park in Jinja with his old songs.

Guinness Bright House serves as a cultural space and hub for people to connect.

Most of Vampino's old music comes with signature dances, which they grooved to. That was something of a marvel.  For his newer songs, many in the audience just stood and watched.

Next performer was Azawi, who stepped on stage at about 10:00pm amid chants by the revellers, who were already warmed up by the previous performances.

It is May, so the idea of kicking off her performance with My Year song was not bright, the event being called Bright House. It is a new year song that is more appealing at the beginning of the year.
Majje was the closing song on stage and indeed it brought the house down.

Swangz Avenue's Benon Mugumbya’s master class on music production was more practical than theoretical. He picked a guy in the audience and produced a song for him, complete with vocals. The applause went on and on, and Benon, too, seemed amused that the revellers were appreciating what he considered a simple technique.

Video director Sasha Vybz lectured revellers on video shooting and colour grading/editing.

After the master classes, the crowds were treated to supremacy DJ mixes by DJ Lola.

The Guinness Uganda brand manager, Elizebeth Mutamuliza, called for collaborations among artistes.
