Uganda’s inflation hits 4% in July

Uganda’s inflation has been relatively muted over the review period reflecting tight monetary conditions by the Bank of Uganda and favourable domestic food supplies.

Uganda’s year-on-year inflation rate rose to 4% in July according to data released by the Uganda Bureau of Statistics (Ubos) on July 31, 2024.
