Toto Festival: Great expectations for the day

It is already happening - exciting, fun and wonderfully entertaining. The New Vision’s Toto Christmas Festival 2025 is back - bigger and better - with an array of engaging activities.

The early birds who thronged the Kampala Parents’ School playground in Naguru are already eating to their fill, full of excitement and great expectations for the day. Adrian Kasoozi from Mukono says there is no place he would rather be than at this festival.

“I have already sampled the fun by riding the toy cars,” Kasoozi says. “But that is only the beginning, because I want to swim, enjoy the merry-go-round and ride the camels.”

Meanwhile, Lucky Turinye says he is also looking forward to playing on the bouncy castles and taking part in the dancing competitions.

Turinye is also eager to see his favourite gospel artiste, Pastor Wilson Bugembe of Light of the World, Nansana.

“I have never seen Pastor Bugembe,” he says, “but the Toto Festival will give me that chance.”

In addition, sisters Mariam Nakalema and Aisha Nassali from Lugazi cannot wait to have their faces painted and indulge in a variety of treats such as ice cream and crisps, as well as try their luck at winning prizes.
