Singer Carol Nantongo has been successfully engaged to veteran singer Mesach Semakula’s son Dylann Ssemogerere.
The couple’s relationship, which has spanned several years, has been nothing short of joyous, and they have cemented it with an engagement on Wednesday, November 19.
Their engagement was an invite-only affair, attended by the couple’s close friends, including Caroline Marcah, Spice Diana, Kais Divo, and Florence Nampijja, among others.
As Dylann Delan popped the question before a small circle of friends and family, Nantongo wasn’t hesitant, revealing that she is ready to be part of his life forever.
The singer subsequently shared the exciting news on social media, sparking significant excitement among her fans.
Contrary to reports that Dylann is Mesach’s biological son, we have since learnt that Dylan’s biological father passed away during his infancy, and Mesach took on the fatherly responsibilities.
“I can’t hide it anymore; I said yes to my best friend. Love, marriage, and commitment are three rare treasures beautiful individually, but extraordinary when found together. I am so deeply blessed to have discovered all three in one person. You are my forever gift,” Nantongo wrote on her socials.
