The New Vision Yard Party is back, and it's bigger and better than ever after a two-year hiatus.
The event is designed to bring Vision Group staff together for an evening of fun and relaxation.
Held on the first Friday of every month, this event is a cherished tradition for the staff, providing a welcome break from the daily grind and an opportunity to foster team spirit.
The event kicked off at 4:00pm on June 7 at the Vision Group head office yard, with the Reverd Band setting up their stage.
By 5:00pm, the yard was abuzz with excitement as the employees from the different departments gathered, catching up with colleagues, enjoying cocktails, and indulging in delicious food.
The smiles on everyone's faces, including CEO Don Wanyama, who mingled freely with staff, were a clear indication of how much this event had been missed.
Fun was the undeniable theme of the evening. Board games weren't just represented, they were actively participated in. Ludo reigned supreme, with the clatter of dice and good-natured arguments akin to those of a kindergarten playground.
As dawn approached, the entertainment shifted gears. Singer Anknown took the stage performing his hits Mutima, Radio Call, and Tonerabira, filling the air with romance.
He was then joined by Trevor Byomuhangi, also known as Trey D4G, a rapper and multimedia journalist. Their electrifying duo performance left the audience thoroughly impressed.
