The function was richly colored by the presence of the five Provincial Bishops; the Most Rev Dr Emmanuel Obbo of Tororo Archdiocese, the Rt Rev Joseph Eciru Oliach of Soroti diocese, the Rt Rev Dominic Eibu of Kotido diocese, the Rt Rev Charles Wamika of Jinja Diocese and the Rt Rev Damiano Giulio Guzzetti of Moroto Diocese (who presided over the Eucharistic celebration).
