Lydia Jazmine's maiden concert held at Hotel Africana in Kampala on March 1 was a night to remember.

As she graced the stage in a long white dress, the crowd erupted in cheers, setting the tone for an unforgettable evening of music and spectacle.

The concert dubbed First Born began with a mesmerising dance choreography, setting the stage for Jasmines to showcase her musical prowess.

Her performance of hit songs like Masuuka and Olina Ebintu Byange captivated the audience, creating an electric atmosphere that carried through the night.

The event also featured talented curtain raisers, including Allan Tonix, Henry Tigan, Mary Bata, Kibijigiri, Sophia Nantongo and Chance Nalubega. Their performances added depth and diversity to the concert, keeping the audience engaged and entertained.

Jazmine's second session saw her collaborating with other artistes such as Rickman, Beenie Gunter, Geosteady and Ykee Benda, creating magical moments on stage. Her seamless transitions and captivating performances showcased her versatility as an artist, leaving the audience in awe.

The concert also featured a special performance from the chief guest, Hajat Hadijah Namyalo Uzeiye, who joined her on stage and sampled late Mowzey Radio’s Dagala song.

The stage, crafted by Fenon, and the impeccable sound added to the overall experience, while Jasmine's fashion choices added an extra layer of glamour to the event. Her message of embracing her identity and skin colour resonated with the audience, adding a powerful dimension to her performance.

As the clock neared midnight, Jazmine continued to enthrall the crowd with her soulful renditions, culminating in the powerful performance of her song First Born, marking the end of her concert.

The impressive lineup of fellow musicians and celebrities in attendance, including Eddy Kenzo, DJ Shiru, Karole Kasita, Pia Pounds and Mesach Semakula, added to the star-studded atmosphere of the concert, making it a truly unforgettable night.
