Feffe Bussi accuses Fik Gaza of attending his concert with hooligans

The gangs, commonly known as egaali, are at times armed. They often integrate themselves in the audience and start beating guests. Others snatch bags, phones and money. In an interview on Bukedde TV’s Vibe Mix show, Feffe noted that as soon as the gangs appear anywhere, peace becomes a thing of the past.

Fun lovers and hip hop music enthusiasts turned up in large numbers for rapper Feffe Bussi's Hip Hop Ku Nalubaale concert held at Jahazi Pier in Munyonyo on Saturday, May 18, 2024.

Top musical acts such as Lydia Jazmine, Babaluku, Winnie Nwagi, King Saha, Vinka, Azawi, Karole Kasita, and Roden Y Kabako and Fik Gaza entertained fans.

However, Feffe, real name Frank Mukiiza, has accused his fellow artistes of disorganising his fans at his otherwise successful show.

He called out Fik Gaza over appearing with a gang who he said scared and threatened the safety and property of the fans.

"God is good. They never hurt anyone or caused any kind of danger to human life. What scared people was seeing an artiste entering with a gang. I ask my fellow artistes to understand what makes for us money and differentiate it from what threatens the lives of our customers. You may do something without knowing its impact on someone’s business.  I am sure they may not have done it with bad intentions, but for self-confidence. Fik Gaza is my friend and we are on good terms. But whatever he did left a negative impact on people who do not want that kind of life. That kind of celebrity excitement can affect his business opportunities, where clients will be fearing to hire him for more deals. Fik Gaza is busy blocking his chances," Feffe said.

The rapper appreciated the Police for ensuring security at the event.

"They protected people and their property. The Police arrested whoever was disorganising the peace of others. However, fans felt threatened. I expected the ghetto youth to be the one in such chaos, but instead it was my fellow artistes. I hope they will not do it again," he said.

Feffe appreciated Alien Skin for being a "good artiste since he does not move with gangs of boys nowadays who steal and snatch people phones  unlike in the past.

On Friday, May 23, during an interview,  Alien Skin denied ever moving with egaali.

“I have never moved with groups of thieves to concerts or shows. The people who used to steal and beat up people were not on my team. They would join us as we were entering venues for performances. Following complaints, I decided to act. Nowadays, we do not allow any person who is not on my security team near us. My team is well trained and organised. The moment such dangerous boys try out anything that could threaten anyone, we normally handle  them with no mercy," Alien Skin said.

In an interview, with Fik Gaza, he clarified that his group of boys are not thugs.

"I move with a number of rising musicians and others are my friends who are fully employed and they earn money. Those dangerous boys who are thieves  are not from my team. They join us along the way, but we do not know them. On the day at Feffe’s concert, I went with only eight people, but as we reached the venue, other boys joined us. I did not know where they came from. However, they come because of the love they have for me.  I could not chase them away. I even do not know what to do for them since I cannot chop them off due to the love they have for me. Many of those dangerous boys  are sent by my enemies who are fellow artistes to disorganise events and spoil my name. I want to appreciate whoever supported Feffe Bussi," Gaza said.
