Dominate 2026, a transformative women's wellness and inspiration event, took place at Lugogo Cricket Oval in Kampala, with the empowering theme "The Tide is Turning."

The event brought together inspiring women, including Sylvia Mulinge, Hilda Bahati, Sandra Baingana, Dorothy Kabagambe, Pastor Beatrice, and Manuela Mulondo, who shared powerful insights on growth, confidence, and bold action.

Sylvia Mulinge, MTN Uganda CEO, spoke about acknowledging God in the workplace, urging professionals to glorify Him in spaces of influence. She emphasized the importance of taking God into every decision, meeting, and challenge, saying, "When leadership is rooted in righteousness, it lifts everyone up. Take God with you into every decision, every meeting, and every challenge, because with Him by your side, nothing is impossible."

Manuela Mulondo encouraged women to become "360 Women," finding true wholeness in God and embracing their unique purpose. She emphasized evaluating one's relationship with God and aligning with His purpose, saying, "Perhaps it's not that God has failed you, but rather that you haven't fully understood or surrendered to him yet". Manuela urged women to evaluate their relationship with God and align themselves more deeply with His purpose.

Hilda Bahati, a renowned motivational speaker, media personality, author, and mentor, inspired attendees with her speech on courage and determination. She encouraged women to rise above their challenges and dominate in their lives, sharing her own experiences and insights on overcoming obstacles.

Pastor Sandra Baingana shared her powerful testimony of overcoming hardship and finding purpose in ministry. She spoke about her struggles with love and single motherhood, and how her faith helped her navigate these challenges. Sandra emphasized the importance of trusting God and finding one's purpose, saying, "I knew my life had a bigger purpose. I had been through so much, and I wanted to share my journey to inspire others".

Dorothy Kabagambe was also part of the event, inspiring attendees with her story and wisdom. Though her specific speech isn't explicitly available, she was part of the powerful lineup of speakers at Dominate 2026, sharing insights on growth, confidence, and bold action.

Pastor Beatrice Byemanzi urged women to tap into their full potential, embracing learning and reasoning. She encouraged attendees to nurture their minds through continuous learning, keeping them strong and capable of achieving great things.

Hope Kemigisha, a social entrepreneur, outlined six essential steps for stepping into one's divine assignment, focusing on identity, readiness, resourcefulness, and the power of declaration. She encouraged women to refuse to settle for the ordinary, reminding them to build valuable networks that can support and elevate them.

Purity Wako, a transformational coach, highlighted the importance of treating the body as a vessel for greatness. She urged attendees to take a hard look at their surroundings, both online and offline, and let go of relationships that don’t contribute positively to their growth.

Dr. Eunice Adubango, a civil engineer and lecturer, encouraged attendees to tap into their full potential by embracing learning and reasoning. She compared the brain to the earth, terming it as a complex network full of systems and endless possibilities. She said, "But if we neglect it, its power fades away," adding that nurturing our minds through continuous learning keeps us strong and capable of achieving great things.

The event ended with a powerful message, urging women to take control, rise boldly, and redefine what dominance means in their own lives. Attendees left feeling empowered, inspired, and ready to dominate their goals in 2026, with a renewed sense of purpose and determination. The atmosphere was vibrant, with attendees connecting, sharing experiences, and building relationships to support future growth. As Manuela Mulondo said, "The tide is turning, and the women who are prepared will move with it, not against it".
