The expo is also going to showcase tips in modern gardening and landscaping ideas and how one can set up a garden in their backyard, regardless of the space they have.

“This type of garden can be created in the lounge, the staircase, or the hallway. Some indoor plants are good because they purify the air and others produce nice scents,” Mitala Ben Junior of Mitala Classic Compound Designs says.

As far as home refurbishment is concerned, choosing the right colours is tedious. However, colour combinations influence one’s experience in a given space, thus achieving a unique style.

“This is called décor flow, where the furniture, kitchen, walls, and sitting room accessories take on a rhyming overpowering colour effect that binds them together without overpowering each other,” Catherine Kwizera, an interior designer says.

To avoid wastage of resources in renovating some rooms, installing feature walls can save the day. A feature wall can be a console table that adorns the lobby, a wall hanging, or an accent wall in the living room. It can also be a mirror in the hallway, big flower vases, or an attractive wall,” she adds.

Deus Tebuseeke, a representative from Word Beam, specialists in painting solutions, is optimistic about increasing sales and disseminating valuable information on proper painting practices.

While the expo is expected to host experts and leaders predominantly from the real estate sector, it will also serve as an opportunity for the general public to gain insights that will help them make informed decisions as they embark on their real estate journey.

To learn more about home interior furnishings and finishing, paint and its accessories, real estate investment opportunities and construction innovations, book your ticket to the event so as to acquire knowledge from different experts, including architects, surveyors, builders, and real estate financiers.

This expo is ideal for potential homeowners, homeowners, and those interested in investing in the real estate sector.

Visitors to the event will part with sh10,000, which will guarantee them access to free panel discussions and workshops pertaining to the intricacies of homes and construction.
