Buchaman calls for lyrical rather than physical fights among 'ghetto' artistes

Buchaman acknowledged that  Museveni has started trusting the ghettos and has allocated a budget to develop them. He, however, emphasised that the President may be tempted to rethink his decision to invest in such a disorganised community.
