Baileys launches Valentine’s pop-up in Kampala

With Valentine’s week underway, special offers are already rolling out. On Tuesday, Baileys unveiled its Valentine Pop-Up campaign at the Uganda Breweries Limited (UBL) headquarters in Luzira, Kampala.

 

The activation runs until Saturday, February 14, offering consumers a unique gifting experience.


Speaking at the launch, Felicite Nson, Managing Director of UBL, said the company is shifting toward a more consumer-focused approach.


“UBL is shifting its focus from brand-led to a consumer-focused approach tailored to cater for consumer needs through intimate experiences. This gifting pop-up is bringing convenience, thoughtfulness and a touch of luxury to life while making Baileys a partner in moments of celebration,” she explained.


Nancy Evelyn Nansikombi, Baileys Brand Manager, emphasized that Baileys is about turning everyday moments into luxuries, especially during Valentine’s. She noted that the pop-up experience will be available at Kisementi in Kamwokya from Wednesday through Saturday, with packages designed to suit different budgets.


Among the highlighted gifts are engraved bottles, offering a personalized touch. Nansikombi added that customers who purchase gifts at the pop-up stand a chance to win a live saxophonist performance for their loved ones, making the celebration even more memorable.
