UPC irked by rising school dropout rates
According to UPC, out of over seven million pupils who enrolled in Primary One in 2018, only about three million in 2024 sat for the Primary Leaving Examinations to mark the end of the primary school cycle, leaving 4.5 million pupils unaccounted for.
