The bitter truth about your children's 'sweet' juice

Many of the drinks packed in children’s lunch boxes are highly processed, filled with sugar, artificial flavours and colourants, and contain very little actual fruit. This trend, if left unchecked, could significantly contribute to the rising cases of childhood obesity, diabetes and dental issues among Uganda’s young population.
