Kaziimba opposes schools' building fees ban
Speaking during his pastoral visit to the Kumi Diocese on March 12, 2024, Kaziimba said the Government should revisit this policy otherwise they will take control of their church of Uganda-founded schools.
According to Kaziimba, who is leading 13 million Anglicans in Uganda, parents should continue paying building fees but charges must be reduced.

Church of Uganda (COU) archbishop Dr Samuel Stephen Kaziimba Mugalu says they will fully take control of Government-aided schools founded by COU if the Government insists
