High crime rate due to moral degeneration - SCP Namutebi
"A home is the foundation of good morals, however, because of demanding engagements at workplaces, children have missed the opportunity of being mentored by their parents hence a big number of them develop bad behaviour which they grow up with," Namutebi said.
