Gulu school uses newspapers to solve textbook shortage

Learners in the upper classes (primary five to seven) enjoy the news stories, pictures and PASS PLE pullout, while those in the lower classes love TOTO magazine for its engaging activities such as painting, joining dots, matching words to pictures and filling in the puzzles.
