Govt hopeful on bringing down illiteracy levels

Uganda has policies on Early Childhood Development, Integrated Early Childhood Development, Primary Education policies, Skilling strategy, Adult Literacy, and Community Development”.  

The Government says the fight against illiteracy is an ongoing campaign progressing with ups and downs and projects that Ugandans who can neither read nor write are 10 million.
