Toro's 'moving encyclopedia' Rev. Richard Baguma dead
Rev. Baguma is the former minister of culture, information, and publicity of Toro Kingdom. He died as the senior advisor to the cabinet on cultural heritage. Rev Baguma also presided over the topmost custodianship positions of the Kingdom of Toro as Omulinzi (Regent) and Omujwara Kondo (Knight /Coronet).
