Busoga mourns Ndiwalana

Museveni condoled with the family and people of Busoga upon the loss of Ndiwalana, to whom he referred as a great National Resistance Movement cadre. 

Elisha Ndiwalana was born on February 2, 1942 and died on January 8, 2023.
